A product event (or “complaint”) is defined as any written, electronic, or oral communication that alleges deficiencies related to the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness, or performance of a device after it is released for distribution.  In the event that a product event occurs, LDR has a designated group within Quality Assurance committed to promptly addressing, investigating, and taking appropriate corrective action to prevent future product events.
