Product Overview

The SpineTune® TL Pedicle Screw System provides all of the predictability and reliability of standard polyaxial screw systems, with the added benefit of sterile-packaged implants to ensure product quality, traceability, and reduced hospital processing. The system consists of pedicle screws, connectors, rods, housings, and transverse connectors. A variety of forms and sizes of these implants is available, so that adaptations can be made to take into account the pathology and individual patient.

Surgical Technique

Indications for Use

SpineTune TL is a posterior, non-cervical pedicle fixation system indicated to provide immobilization and stabilization of spinal segments in skeletally mature patients as an adjunct to fusion by autogenous bone graft in the treatment of the following acute and chronic instabilities or deformities of thoracic, lumbar, and sacral spine:

  • Spondylolisthesis (Grade 3 and 4)
  • Degenerative spondylolisthesis with objective evidence of neurological impairment
  • Trauma (e.g., fracture or dislocation)
  • Spinal stenosis
  • Deformities or curvatures (e.g., scoliosis, kyphosis, and/or lordosis)
  • Tumor
  • Pseudoarthrosis
  • Failed previous fusion
